The Attitude of Gratitude
  
Have you ever wondered if you'll ever be really satisfied? In the past, when I finally got something I really wanted,sooner or later I'd be asking  "Is that all there is?"

Now I start with gratitude ... for life and all the interesting feelings I'm experiencing every minute. This opens things up. I love what I have and I expect more to come.

Does the Universe respond to your inputs and thoughts? I think it does and feeds you back what you ask for. If you don't ask artfully, you will get the default setting,  which usually has stress and struggle embedded in it.

Longevity Kitchen

I've been using Soy Milk on my cereal in the morning instead of whole milk and I think it's a big improvement. The Phytoestrogens are said to have helped reduce pain in animal studies. Works for me too. 

Hot Tip
Eat some nuts or seeds during the day for a quick pickup instead of a fatty, salty snack.
